Permalean Recipes

Instructions:
1. "1 serv." in the recipes means 1 level scoopful of PermaLean powder. The scooper is in the package - you may have to dig for it as settling of the product will occur.
2. Use flavoring extracts, not the actual substance (no butter, brandy, etc.)
3. Put into the blender: 1 level scoopful of PermaLean powder, 6 or 7 ice cubes, 4 to 5 oz. water and flavoring. Blend for 10 seconds.
4. Drink soon after blending. Do not store in a thermos.

5 ounces cold water
7 ice cubes
2 caps chocolate extract
1 cap almond extract
Blend until smooth

Coconut Almond Fudge
1 serv. Chocolate
5 ounces cold water
7 ice cubes
3 drops coconut extract
3 drops almond extract
Blend until smooth

Double Chocolate Orange
1 serv. Chocolate
5 ounces cold water
7 ice cubes
2 caps chocolate extract
1 cap orange extract
Blend until smooth

"Rum" Delight
1 serv. Chocolate
5 ounces cold water
7 ice cubes
1 cap rum extract
Blend until smooth

Black Forest Treat
1 serv. Chocolate
5 ounces cold water
7 ice cubes
1 cap chocolate extract
1 cap cherry extract
1/2 cap vanilla extract
Blend until smooth

Orange Tootsie

1 teaspoon orange extract
